2020-2022
When I joined the CPB team, the 60+ year old bank was in the middle of a massive rebranding project and my initial role was to usher that new brand vision into customers everyday interactions with the bank. Touch points included but were not limited to:
My second big project with the bank was to build a new mobile, digital-only experience that would appeal to mainland Americans. To help give this project its best chance, it was given a blessing from the bank, secured $10 million worth of funding and spun out into a standalone startup. See Swell above.
2016-2020
I joined Cognizant via acquisition. This journey allowed me to grow from being a mid-level IC designer in a 30-person engineering group to the Head of Design in a group of over 400 with a design team of 14. My team worked on startup B2B enterprise products from ideation to fully developed products. I helped establish research as a key component of the product development cycle and mentored designers through improving their craft. Spaces touched:

2015-2016
During my short tenure with Quick Left (prior to the Cognizant acquisition), I worked on smaller scale consulting opportunities. This team experience left me with a lasting value for how to build great teams and how a great corporate culture can bring people together.
2014-2015
At Amadeus, I was able to learn how to apply my graphic design skills to technology and product interfaces. Mobile apps, websites and desktop software projects ran the gamut from startup ideas to redesigns of legacy software.
